Yes our website just shows a snippet of the products we have created.  Any elements of our designs can be changed.

How do I order?

​

To order you can just ping us an email with the product that you would like to order if its on our website and then we will send across the booking email or alternatively email or call us if you can’t see something that you would like.  We love nothing more than getting creative and bringing your visions to life.

 

How long do the balloons take to setup?

 

For our standard backdrop setups we ideally like two hours before an event to set up your balloons however we know that this isn’t always possible so we will work with you as much as we can to get your event styled in the time you have available.

 

Can I add names, wording or branding on the balloons?

 

Yes of course, we can create vinyl branding in-house or words and we also have a trusted supplier who we can arrange printing of latex balloons.

 

How do I look after my balloons?

 

Balloons are very reactice to heat so we recommend that balloons are kept in a temperature where its not too hot or not too cold.  So away from radiators or not stored in cold sheds or garages.

 

How long will balloons last for?

Helium

Giant Foil Balloons: 4-5 days 

18" Foil Balloons: 5-7 days 

Super Shapes: 6-7 days 

Cubez and Orbz: 6-7 days 

Latex Balloon (with hi-float): 18-24 hours 

Latex Balloon (with standard helium): 5-6 hours 

Confetti Balloon (with standard helium): 5-6 hours

 Air-Filled Balloons

​

Latex airfilled balloons – 1-2 Weeks however we can only guarantee our outside balloon installations for 1 day due to the weather being out of our control.

​

Foil airfilled – 1-2 weeks (we have had a customer who had their balloons for a whole year!!!!!!)

 

Where are you based?

 

We are based in Chorleywood in Hertfordshire.  We are conveniently located near the M25 so have easy access to a number of areas.

 

Can I collect my balloons?

 

Yes of course any balloons can be collected from us in Chorleywood
